We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG). In the following privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of the websites of Trendwerkk GmbH.

I. Contacting Us

If you contact us via a form (request catalog, contact form, callback service) or by email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. 

II. Data Storage

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner is stored within the framework of cookies. In this case, we only collect access data without direct personal reference. This data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of improving our offering and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. No data is transmitted to third parties.

In addition, for the purpose of contract processing, the following data is stored for system-related reasons to fulfill and process your order upon registration and ordering in our online shop: salutation, first name, last name, company name, address, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, email address, website, tax number. The data you provide is required for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract (processing of an order) with you. 

No data is transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods (DHL Express Austria GmbH, Liechtensteinische Post AG, Österreichische Post AG), the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price of the goods (Sofort GmbH, PostFinance AG), as well as to our tax advisor and auditing company to fulfill our accounting and tax obligations (retention obligation). Trendwerkk GmbH verifies an appropriate level of data protection with these recipients.

III. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are disabled, the functionality of our website may be limited.

IV. Web Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics.

For this purpose, cookies are used that enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The statistical analysis (Google Conversion Tracking) includes browser type, browser language, browser version, and the operating system. The information generated in this way is transmitted to the provider's server, stored there, and automatically deleted after 180 days. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. Our concern is to improve our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data (visitor's IP address) is collected but immediately pseudonymized/anonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits).

V. Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. The emails to our newsletter subscribers contain current information about products and events (trade fairs). In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, birthday, and postal code. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You can do this online via your user account (newsletter subscriptions) or directly in the newsletter by clicking on unsubscribe from newsletter in the footer, or by sending an email to info@trendwerkk.de. Mailchimp, Mandrill, and Google are the service providers commissioned with sending emails. Trendwerkk GmbH verifies an appropriate level of data protection with these recipients.

VI. Data Security

We strive to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or destruction. Your personal data is only accessible to those employees who necessarily need access to your data in order to properly carry out their duties and to be able to offer you our products and services in the best possible way. We do not disclose personal data without your express consent, unless we are legally obligated to do so. 

You have the right to request the deletion of the personal data and settings stored about you at any time after the termination of the business relationship. Please note that with any deletion, the data is initially only blocked and then only permanently deleted after a delay, in order to prevent accidental deletions or possible intentional damage. For technical reasons, data may be duplicated in backup files and mirroring of services (Hetzner Online GmbH). Such copies will also only be deleted after a technically necessary delay, if applicable.

You are generally entitled to the rights of free information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection regarding your stored data.
